Sweater weather, leaves changing color, and all the warm yummy foods, fall is the best! I am a sucker for a good chai and I recently saw a dairy free pumpkin creamer online and thought, pumpkin chai tea… need to make this. After searching 4 stores with no luck I decided it was time to make my own! I few simple ingredients later, I created my new favorite drink!

1 TBS organic canned pumpkin

1tsp pumpkin pie spice

3/4 cup of your favorite chai concentrate ( I used Mandala Chai but have been working on creating my own, i’ll let you know once I have the perfect blend).

1 1/4 Cup almond milk


Add all ingredients into a sauce pan and begin to warm on medium low stirring frequently.

Pour saucepan contents into blender and blend on high for about a minute.

Pour into mug and add an additional dash of pumpkin pie spice to top.

Simple and delicious! If you want it to have extra flavor add more of the pumpkin pie spice vs the pumpkin puree, if you add much more than 1tbs it makes the drink too thick. Hope you enjoy and are having a great fall!
